(Left) Piping laid out in a ring arrangement. (Right) Non-Welded Block Tee's used.
CO did the design, supply and installation and flushing of the piping. The piping was pre-fabricated at Tube-Mac Piping Technologies, Canada (TMI) and shipped to the site for assembly. TMI Flange connections namely Retain Ring Flange and Flare Flange Systems were used to join the connections in the project.

(Left) Flushing of the hardline using the flushing rig and cleanliness values displayed by the online particle contamination monitor. (Right) Pressure line being held at a pressure of 4500 psi during pressure testing (right)
The piping was installed and flushed to the required cleanliness (NAS) value and successfully pressure tested before handing it over to the customer.
