Cenergy Offshore designed and commissioned a non-welded hydraulic hardline system for Cummins’ Block and Head Test Rig Fatigue Laboratory. The 50-metre system served two high-pressure circuits up to 5,800 PSI and was engineered for the rig’s high-vibration operating environment.

A reliable hydraulic piping solution was required to ensure precise installation while meeting stringent cleanliness standards for dependable test-lab performance.

Cenergy Offshore delivered approximately 500 metres of non-welded hydraulic hardline piping for Maruti Suzuki’s Vehicle Simulation Labs in Rohtak, integrating 4 Poster and 2 Poster test actuators. The system achieved NAS 0 cleanliness and passed pressure testing up to 4,500 psi.

Cenergy Offshore delivered the hydraulic hardline expansion for Ashok Leyland’s Component Test Lab – Bay 2, providing a pre-fabricated, non-welded high-pressure piping system for HPUs and test actuators, designed for vibration resistance, cleanliness and efficient installation.

Cenergy Offshore delivered approximately 2 km of large-bore, non-welded hydraulic hardline piping for Ashok Leyland’s new Component Test Lab in Chennai. Serving 79 actuator points, the system was engineered for high-pressure operation, vibration resistance and hydraulic cleanliness, and was successfully flushed to NAS 5 and pressure tested up to 315 bar.

Cenergy Offshore upgraded Ashok Leyland’s 6 Poster Lab to an 8 Poster Lab with a vibration-resistant hydraulic hardline piping system. The project included FEA-validated supports, CFD analysis, pre-fabrication and installation, achieving NAS 6 cleanliness and pressure testing up to 4,500 psi.

Cenergy Offshore delivered a complete non-welded hydraulic piping system for ARAI’s Material Fatigue Lab in Pune, covering design, supply, installation, flushing, cleanliness verification, pressure testing and commissioning using pre-fabricated piping from Canada.
