Comprehensive Range of Processes & Machinery
Flaring
Based on flaring the pipe ends to 37° and utilizing flare flanges and cone inserts. TMI Flaring Machine is used to carry out this process.
Grooving
An annular groove is machined on the outside diameter of the pipe so that the flange is slipped into the end and retained on the pipe using a retain ring.
Bending
Pipe is bent to the desired angle by using a hydraulic bending machine

Tube Bending Machine
Metal tubes are bent into specific angles, curves, or shapes without damaging the tube’s cross-section. Works by clamping the tube and applying controlled force around a die (bending form). The tube is gradually bent to the required angle while maintaining its structural integrity.
Pipe Bandsaw
Metal cutting machine designed to cut pipes, tubes, and structural sections using a continuous toothed band blade that moves over rotating wheels. It operates by moving a continuous metal blade in a loop over two or more wheels. The blade travels at high speed while the pipe is held firmly in a vise or clamp. As the blade moves downward or across the pipe, its teeth gradually remove material, resulting in a precise cut.

Tube End Forming Machine
A tube end forming machine for Walform fittings is a specialized hydraulic machine used to form the end of hydraulic tubes to create a Walform profile, enabling a reliable metal-to-metal seal when used with Walform or EO-type hydraulic fittings. The process reshapes the tube end without removing material, producing a precisely formed sealing contour that eliminates the need for traditional cutting rings.
